They must be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.The Partnership Operations Manager will report directly to the VP of Partnerships.Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners- Manage all aspects of the partnership operation, including but not limited to contract management, project management, invoicing, etc.- Understand our company’s business and our partners’ businesses in order to effectively manage the partnership- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels- Other duties as assignedRequirements - Bachelor’s degree required- 5+ years of experience in partnership or project management role- Strong relationship management skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Experience with contract management is a plus
